Title: Hunting Organizations - Master List
Post by: popeshawnpaul on March 27, 2010, 09:33:45 AM
We all belong to them.  There are tons of them and they all seem to have a banquet/auction.  You can't belong to all of them and they all seem to have a letter or magazine.  I'll list as many as I can think of and I'm going to start a master list of all for our region.  Tell us which aren't listed, which ones you are a member of and why.  I'm a member of WSF, WSB, and WAFNAWS.  I like the sheep organizations because I like sheep just a little.  I'm the vice president of the WSB because it's a great group of guys, it's affordable at $15, and they do work that actually makes a difference with a member on the GMAC. Also tell me how much a yearly membership is for each organization and their website.  Tell me about ones I missed.  Thanks.

Here is a master list:

Great idea, Shawn, thanks for the list.
When you add in the "bird" groups, i.e. Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, etc. and the Gun rights groups it can become quite an expense to support all the groups we should.
