Definitely welcome news.  Hopefully the NRA wins and the city has to pay all the attorney fees.

General Discussion / Re: TACOMA BASS PRO SHOP

It is a pretty cool store.  Definately set up better than our Cabelas up north.  Prices seemed a little high unfortunately.

I was just talking to a state patrol about the I-594.  They commercials are running it common sense gun smarts of closing the loop holes to gun shows, but the bill is so much more if you read all of it.  If you want to lend a gun to someone to go hunting with.  A family member it would have to be transferred to them at a gun shop.  During normal business hours.  In order to get your gun back, it would have to be transferred back.  Unless afield in a legal hunting / shooting location.  The real kicker that is not on this bill is that all transfers, require the collection of sales tax.  This bill requires a transfer.  Already on the books, that all transfers require a collection of the state sales tax based on it's value.  $1,000 gun based on a 10% sales tax would require the transfer fee the shop charges plus, $100 sales tax.  This would change based on the % the county requires.
One small point of this new bill beside every gun would have to be registered.  If caught not registering, first one is a misdemeanor next is a class C felony.
