I have one that is completely white and beige I have been seeing. Its head and tail are pure white like normal but the whole body is a real light beige . Very cool looking . There are also a few young ones and a few adults . But that Leucistic is just awesome. Wish I had a 500m  :bash: Get ahold of me if anyone wants to try and get pics.

Taxidermy / Whitetail Wall pedestal with habitat
« on: January 08, 2013, 09:51:54 AM »
This was a late whitetail permit for north eastern washington . Customer wanted something cool so we pickked a wall pedestal and added some wall habitat and snow. I usually dont reccomend snow as it gets dusty and is tough to keep clean but man it turned out nice having the snow on there..

Here is some pics of the Moose Tmike killed in 2010. This is a newer moose form that I really like. Tom wanted it to look close to what it did in a picture he sent me and I instantly thought of this form. It is dang close . Enjoy the pics.

This is the third lifesize Cougar I have done so far. I made the base by hand. I had to modify the neck and bring the head down and turned it to his right and used a relaxed mouth head . Enjoy the pics.

Taxidermy / Elk pedestal mount done . (Charlies Taxidermy)

This is a new mexico bull killed by a teenage girl with a muzzleloader. I had clean up and recolor the antlers as thy sat in the new mexico sun for quite a while. Some Taxi in new mexico stained them with wood stain and did a horrible job so I had to fix them . Quite a few hours later and a bunch of sandpaper I got them looking much better. Enjoy the pics.

Deer Hunting / Mrs Bucklucky Does it again, Big Blacktail Down!!
« on: November 16, 2012, 09:33:28 AM »
What else can I say but I think she stole my luck with bucks  So I got a call about quarter to three on thursday " I got my buck!! "  . Of course my first question is " How Big??" . She says ," I think he was a 15 inch 3 point " . Sweet !! , call me back when you get to him.

2nd phone call , ( oh by the way I was home watching the kids so the wife could hunt one of our many spots 4 miles in some walk in units ) "Hes a 4 point with BIG eyeguards, 15 wide , a descent buck .  I say  " Awesome , I will get the cart and meet you up there.

Anyway I about crapped when I got up there and this buck was laying there. I havent seen a buck like this for a LONG time around any of my hunting spots . Perfect as you get with a buck, long everything. Looks like the wife has her biggest Blacktail to date . Funny thing is she killed her biggest Muley the year before, and her biggest bodie blacktail the year before that . This buck topped the scales at 135 gutted, tiny buck bodie wise compared to the usual mature bucks we kill.

Congrats Mrs Bucklucky , good thing you missed that forked horn a few minutes earlier

Looking to head to Idaho to drop off a load of capes at my 3rd tanenry in 3 years and wanted to make sure 90 is open . Plan n heading over on Wed. morning early. Thanks in advace.

Taxidermy / Second lifesize cougar I have done (Charlies Taxidermy)
« on: August 07, 2012, 10:49:22 AM »
I just got this cat delivered this weekend to a customer of mine. This is only the second lifesize cougar I have ever mounted with more to come  . Customer wanted the cat exactly as it was when he shot it so I had to turn the head to the right from a straight form, pretty easy alteration. I also made the habitat to match where he had killed it. ANyway, customer was elated to get his prize back and in his kill room . Enjoy the pics.

Wow, just wow. Too bad Milwood came up lame but I will take the win. Nice job Bulpen !!
